 Over summer,at an FT125 Executive Forum event in London, the Financial Times was in conversation withSian Beilock, President of Barnard College at Columbia University and author of Choke: The Secret to Performing Under Pressure and How the Body Knows Its Mind.In this book, Sian presents the latest neuroscience and psychology on what holds us back from working at our full potential.

Sian is one of the world's leading experts on the brain science behind "choking under pressure" and the many brain and body factors influencing all types of performance. In 2017, she won the Troland Research Award from the National Academy of Sciences.
