Interactive learning journey

With these focus areas being so complex and rich in content, we divided the material into multiple, short and easy to consume segments which could be navigated in any order decided upon by the viewer at the click of a button. This unique learning journey allowed the audience to explore large topics at their own pace and ensured that they actively participated and engaged with the content. The videos generated high levels of participation and discussion, and the host site became the most visited HR site in the organisation with over 8,000 active users.
