We collaborated with a major pharmaceutical organization to create a video series on disability equity, underscoring their commitment to inclusivity for all employees, regardless of visible or invisible disabilities.
Our approach centered on personal storytelling, proposing a series of videos that highlighted the experiences of associates living with disabilities. Each video featured intimate, direct-to-camera interviews alongside b-roll capturing a “day in the life” of each participant.
To ensure participants felt comfortable and empowered to share their stories, we held pre-filming sessions to guide them through the process and shape each narrative. Filming took place across Europe and the U.S., with our local teams managing production seamlessly across multiple locations.
Once completed, the videos became a cornerstone of the company’s internal communications campaign on equity and inclusion, sparking meaningful conversations and reinforcing their dedication to a supportive workplace for all.
