We collaborated with a multinational organization to create an animation celebrating the achievements of their digital enablement team over several years. Our goal was to craft a piece that highlighted their accomplishments in a way that felt engaging and personal, rather than simply listing milestones.

To bring a human perspective to the story, we developed a narrative centered around an individual character who becomes increasingly digitally empowered. Her journey is depicted through the evolving technologies she uses, symbolizing the team’s impact on digital growth. We built on the organization’s existing art style, enhancing it with custom backgrounds, characters, and assets to give the animation a fresh yet familiar look.

To add authenticity, we integrated screenshots of internal digital tools and self-recorded videos from team members, blending real-world elements with animation to create a relatable, immersive experience.

The final animation was well-received within the organization, offering an inspiring tribute to the digital enablement team’s work and reinforcing their contributions to the company’s digital transformation.
