Using a videoconference system to connect the global offices and the artist’s studio, the scribe captured the discussion of the meeting in real time. Throughout the meeting, the attendees were able to access the key messages, interact with the scribe and co-create a new framework. Following the meeting, a post-produced version of the output was sent the next day for documentation purposes.
