We developed a series of campaigns that promoted story telling in the organisation to encourage positive rumour and knowledge sharing. These campaigns focused on the aspirations of the business and the activities the organisation and individuals needed to put in place to achieve them.
We combined this storytelling campaign with an Ambassador series for one-to-one engagement. Here, we developed a multimedia cross-channel campaign to communicate system changes across the organisation. This informed and engaged the organisation/individuals in the activities that needed to be put in place to achieve business goals.
